In the late ’90s, companies rushed to adopt the internet—not because they had a strategy, but because they feared missing out. Websites were built. Tools were launched. Most of it didn’t work.

In 1999, Monster.com had a simple goal: Host a single job posting page.
This single page generated $45 million in revenue which quickly became “We want an e-commerce strategy.”
What they got from me was far more than a shopping cart. I delivered an e-business strategy—one that integrated sales, commission structures, customer service, website operations, and CRM. The result? A $100M line of business in the first year.
That moment defined my approach then—and it defines how I guide companies through AI adoption now.
